- Eat more chocolate. (Yes, I said EAT MORE--not less--MORE)
- Laugh more.
- See more movies in the theater. (So.....that would mean at least 4)
- Do more hiking.
- Try more activities. (Such as yoga, zumba, kick boxing, crossfit, belly dancing)
- Read more books.
- Write more words.
- Play more music.
- Spend more time in the sun.
